IPTI and IAAO are pleased to present "Challenges in the Valuation of Unique and Leisure Properties," an intensive two-day seminar focusing on properties that often can present valuation challenges. Experts will present issues for specific property types and share best practices to accurately determine and defend estimates of value.

The International Property Tax Institute (IPTI) is a not-for-profit organization with a goal to advance and foster property taxation and assessment ideals on an international level.The IPTI mission is to provide impartial, objective, expert advice in the area of property tax systems and promote the concept that those systems should be fair and equitable and meet the needs of all stakeholders.
